How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders made before 2:00 PM are typically shipped the same business day. Most purchases arrive 5 to 7 working days after being order.
All orders will be properly delivered to the address you provided at the time of ordering, but in remote areas and in places where courier delivery cannot be tried, the addressee may be requested to pick it up from the delivery center’s.
What happens if I buy something that is broken?

We will make arrangements for the damaged item to be picked up in reverse and make sure that you receive a brand-new replacement at no extra cost. When returning a product to us, kindly make sure that the original product sticker and packaging are present.
