As soon as it this finished charging I put it to work. I’m still a little new to recording on my phone, but this thing did everything in the instructions. And I have so much fun using it. The battery is amazing. Maybe the other competitors batteries last around the same time, but I haven’t charged it again yet! It took me a bit to get the hang of it, and when I did I fell in love with it. It’s an absolute joy to play with and I’m still learning new tricks with it and getting cool shots. I highly recommend this!

This product is super easy to use and comes with a storage bag. It stabilizes the phone for pictures and videos and you can use the joystick to pan slowly. It works in landscape and portrait mode. The only downside is that you have to use a proprietary app, which didn’t seem to have good reviews.

The is a compact device that can help you capture stable videos with your smartphone. It comes with a magnetic LED light, a tripod, and a USB-C cable in the box. The gimbal is compact and foldable which makes it easy to carry and store. The magnetic LED light that attaches to the gimbal has dimming and 3 temperature settings and it is very bright. The “Hohem Joy” app is Ok to work with. It includes tutorial videos to help you learn how to use the gimbal. There are multiple shooting modes that let you create cinematic effects (Inception, Dolly zoom, Panoramic video, etc). However, the gimbal has some drawbacks, such as there is a learning curve that requires some practice and patience to master the gimbal. Large phones such as the Samsung S22 are easy to mount on. Overall, it is a good option for smartphone videographers on a budget.
