
How can I cancel an order on The THE UNIQUE ITEM ?
Please cancel a order that you purchase within 24 hours of placing it. Simply email us at contact@theuniqueitem.com or WhatsApp on +1 6016076787 please provide a order detail that you order.
In case you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, you can simply refuse to accept the order and inform us of the same via email.
Reminder: Once a purchase for a personalized product has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Return Policy:
Products that are received damaged or defectively are available for return. After getting the package, the same must be communicated to our team within 15 working days. We guarantee that a completely new substitute will be sent to you at no extra charge. When making a reverse pickup, please make sure that the original product identification and packaging are present.
Please refuse to take the package and return it to the delivery person if you believe you have received the product in poor condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged before you open the packet.
In the unlikely event that the product’s size or quality is a problem, we would ask that you send it back to us safely within 7 working days of the delivery date. We would give store credits for the same amount of the product once we received it back at our office. Remember that this situation only applies if the product is unused.
For corporate or large-scale purchases, returns are not permitted.
Non-Returnable / Exceptional Items:
Certain products, including perishable items (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or customized items), and personal care items, cannot be returned (such as beauty products). Gases, flammable liquids, and hazardous products are also not returnable to us. If you have inquiries or concerns about a particular item, kindly get in contact.
Refund Policy:
Prepaid orders: The money will be sent to the same bank account that was used to make the original purchase. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take extra time to process and refund the amount.
